This fantastic webinar brought in North Baltimore Head Coach Tom Himes to speak with Coaches Corner Host Mike Murray.

Tom shared some of the lessons he has learned over his years being a head coach of one of the most successful club swimming teams in America. Namely, what it was like to watch the historic rise of the greatest Olympian of all time.

There are lessons to be learned here – how to spot age group talent and how to create an environment where that talent can be developed without being burnt out. This was a great show!
