During his time at Michigan, Richardson lead the Wolverines to many Big-10 Team titles, coached NCAA Champions and All-Americans, Olympians, and dozens of USA Swimming National Team members. He is an avid outdoorsman and uses his free time to connect with his family and shares a deep appreciation for self reflection through the sport of fishing.
