Dave Salo is the Head Coach of the International Swim League’s Tokyo Frog Kings, the General Manager of Irvine Novaquatics and has been a leader in the sport over the past 2 decades in terms of adding innovation and creativity in way we coach and approach working with our athletes. Coach Salo has authored books, published articles and spoken candidly on how he infuses new ideas, techniques and challenges that help keep his athletes engaged and interested in their preparation for competition.
Salo has coached at every level in American Swimming, from age-group, collegiate, pro and masters and has led numerous USA Swimming National teams as a Head or Assistant Coach, in addition to directly coaching dozens of Olympians to medal winning performances.
