Success @ Sandpipers

This week’s episode of the Fitter & Faster Coaches Corner features Sandpipers of Nevada Senior Coach, Jake Des Roches. Jake and host Mike Murray have a discussion on the Sandpiper philosophy, and the unique way in which they approach progressions for matriculation through the program, from age grouper to Senior level swimmer.

Jake has worked with the Sandpipers program since 2016 and helped play a role in the development of many of the athletes who recently made an enormous impact on the international & Olympic stage throughout 2021-2022. Jake’s passion and enthusiasm are palpable, and his perspective is both interesting, and educational.
