Advocacy for the Coaching Profession: Kathleen Klein Prindle

Kathleen Klein Prindle has extensive experience not only as a coach, but has been a major contributor in USA Swimming governance, a leader as a former board member of the American Swimming Coaches Association, and as the vice chairperson of Florida Gold Coast LSC.

Many of her swimmers are Academic All-Americans and have furthered their careers at the Collegiate, National, and International/ World Championship/ Olympic levels. Kathleen is a 3x USA Olympic Trials Coach (2008, 2012, 2016), World Championships Coach (2014, 15). In the most recent quad, Kathleen had an athlete qualify for the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio! Currently, Kathleen is preparing athletes for the Tokyo 2021 Olympic Games.

Kathleen shares her insights and strong opinions about how to uplift the profession of coaching; seeking to recognize the value in a coaching career and offers tips and skills to help coaches develop characteristics that will ultimately empower them to be more successful, both in terms of team performance and running a business.
