Five-time Olympian & Coach Brett Hawke led a LIVE broadcast “Breaking Down Sprint Freestyle”. Hawke has coached coached gold medalists at the Olympic Games, World Championships, and NCAAs.  He will had several guest on the show who also swam at an elite level in sprint freestyle.
