Olympic gold medalist Tyler Clary and Strength and Conditioning Coach Lee Sommers lead swimmers ages 13 & over through a dryland workout to do from home during the COVID-19 Pandemic. Swimmers can complete these exercises at home with minimal equipment and space. Coach Sommers emphasizes technique through each exercise so that swimmers can learn to do each movement safely!
