So, we have teamed up with Kyle Sockwell to give away a trip for one randomly chosen winner plus a friend (or parent) to Indianapolis to sit with us at the swim meet that determines the United States’ Swim Team that will compete in Paris in the Summer of 2024! 🏊‍♂️✈️

Fitter & Faster is also producing two camps in Indianapolis during the Trials. Both will prepare participants to swim faster and be more well rounded athletes. The camp for 8th to 12th graders has a special focus on College Preparation including College Recruitment, Understanding Financial Aid & Admissions and more!

1. Sponsors:

The Kyle Sockwell x Fitter & Faster Trials Experience Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Fitter & Faster Swim Tour, Inc. and Kyle Sockwell collectively referred to as “Sponsor”. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administrated by, or associated with Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Meta, USA Swimming or the USOPC.

2. Eligibility:

Open to legal residents of the United States, Canada and Bahamas aged 13 or older (“Entrants”). Entrants under 18 require parental consent. Employees of Kyle Sockwell, Fitter & Faster Swim Tour, and affiliates, along with their immediate family members, are ineligible. Void in prohibited jurisdictions. Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning the prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements, as set forth herein. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility of winners.

     3. Giveaway Period:

Sweepstakes begins at 8:45 AM, May 14, 2024 and ends at 11:59 PM on May 24, 2024 Pacific Standard Time (PST). Entries outside this period are void.

4. How to Enter:

To enter, like the Instagram post, follow @Fitterandfasterswimtour and @KyleSockwell, and tag a friend in the comments. One entry per person. Entrants must take the trip to be eligible for the $1000 travel credits. By submitting an Entry, you agree that Sponsor or its designees may contact you via direct message on Instagram and/or tag you on Sponsor’s Instagram page.

     5. Prize:

One winner receives two tickets to the finals sessions on June 16 and June 17. Plus, two tickets to attend the Prelims sessions of Trials on June 17 and June 16 or 18 – that’s up to winner. The winner will also receive one hotel room at no charge for the evenings of June 16th and 17th, 2024. The hotel will be selected by Sponsor. The winner will also receive $1,000 credit to be used towards travel expenses. Winner must take the trip to receive the $1000 travel credits. The Trials tickets are non-transferrable. The hotel is non-transferrable. The winner cannot give their any of their prizes to any other party.

6. Winner Selection and Notification:

Winner chosen randomly. Notification via Instagram DM within 72 hours of Sweepstakes’ completion. Failure to respond within 24 hours of notification or ineligible entries may result in a new winner selection. It is an Entrant’s responsibility to monitor their Instagram account to see if they are a Potential Prize Winner. Sponsor is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, damaged, intercepted, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify Potential Prize Winners. Potential Prize Winners will be required to sign and return a Declaration of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release or other documents that Sponsor deems necessary to confirm eligibility and, unless prohibited by law, obtain a liability/publicity release.

     7. Parental Approval:

Entrants under 18 need parental consent. If the winner is under the age of 18, they must receive parental consent within 24 hours to accept the prize. If the winner does not receive parental approval to accept the Award, they will receive a $250 Fitter & Faster gift card that can be redeemed to attend a Fitter & Faster Swim Camp or towards Fitter & Faster merchandise. In the event the winner can not accept the award for any reason, a new winner will be randomly chosen from eligible entries.

8. General Conditions:

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Subject to reasonable prior notice to Entrants, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the 4integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

9. Release and Limitations of Liability:

Participants release Kyle Sockwell, Fitter & Faster Swim Tour, and affiliates from liability related to participation or prize use. Disputes resolved individually.

10. Privacy Policy:

11. Sponsor:

The Giveaway is sponsored by Kyle Sockwell/Fitter & Faster Swim Tour. Not affiliated with Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Meta, USA Swimming, or the USOPC.

12. Consent for Use of Name and Likeness:

By participating, you grant permission for Kyle Sockwell and Fitter & Faster Swim Tour to use your name, likeness, and voice for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

13. Limitations of Liability; Releases; Intellectual Property:

By participating in this Sweepstakes, Entrant agrees that Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, advertising, public relations, promotional, fulfillment and marketing agencies, website providers, web masters, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, successors, assigns and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) are, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Entrant, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of Entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.
