Carle Fierro began coaching Rye High School Girls in 1984 and continued to coach at the Rye High School Girls and Boys team until 2010.  During that time, she was voted “Journal News Section 1 High School Coach of the Year” 12 times.  In 1986, Carle began coaching with her brother at New Rochelle Aquatic Club, where Olympic Gold Medalist Cristina Teuscher received her foundation in swimming from ages 6 to age 10.  She has coached Over 100 National Age Group Rankings Including 16 Number 1 National Age Group Rankings!  New Rochelle Aquatic merged with Badger Swim Club and Carle continued to work with the Swimmers ages 10&U and Rye High School.  In 2010, Carle created her own team, Westchester Aquatic Club Wolverines based upon her passion to focus on technique vs yardage.  Since beginning the Wolverines, her swimmers have set 7 USA Swimming National Age Group Records, 110 Metropolitan Swimming Age Group Records Age Group and placed 2 swimmers 18&U ranked Top 100 in the World for 2016, 2017 & 2020! In addition, Coach Carle’ was one of 13 Women in the United States Invited by USA Swimming to attend the 2018 USA Swimming Women’s Leadership and National Team Coaches Summit.
