February 25, 2025 – The College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) and Fitter & Faster Swim Camps are excited to announce a new partnership aimed at enhancing collegiate swimming programs across the country. This collaboration will provide CSCAA member programs with an effective way to generate revenue, maximize facility use, and strengthen relationships with their local swimming communities.

Through this partnership, CSCAA and Fitter & Faster are making it easier than ever for collegiate programs to host high-quality camps—creating new revenue streams, increasing visibility, and strengthening community connections.
By hosting Fitter & Faster Swim Camps, college teams can:

Since 2009, hundreds of collegiate swimmers and national team athletes have worked as Fitter & Faster clinicians, gaining coaching experience and professional development while helping young swimmers improve. Additionally, more than 200,000 swimmers have attended its camps, with 26% of all 2024 U.S. Olympic Trials competitors having participated in a Fitter & Faster Swim Camp.
