My daughter was struggling with the concept of the dolphin kick… her was slow and looked more like a mermaid than purposeful snap kicks for propulsion. After she watched the clinician under water, she was able to describe to me the difference between what she was doing and what she should be doing. I’m hopeful she will take this to practice and work on her underwaters. – Wisconsin Rapids, WI

shaved off 7 SECONDS!

My daughter has managed to shave off 7 SECONDS of her freestyle time, just from technique improvements. The clinicians are great at making the swimmers feel like the are having an elite private lesson amongst a group. The clinicians are very open with their knowledge and are eager to help the swimmers. I definitely recommend parents or coaches to stay & take notes for their swimmers, there is so much information and tips thrown at them! – Nampa, ID

My daughter benefited from watching the demo given by the clinician and his clear and easy way to explain things – in the water and out. He was knowledgeable and patient but also very clear on what needed to be done and how. Then he showed them. Most of the time practice is a coach on the deck telling you the workout and little interaction in the water – these clinics allow much more interaction and engagement. – Jennifer in Atlanta, GA

The clinic helped him correct his off wall and turns. The clinicians were clear and showed him and other swimmers the correct way for some turns. Awesome. They also show drills to build this technique! – Maria Courreges in Athens, OH
