Everything was great! I immediately saw improvements in my swimmer’s (15 years old) speed. We took away a ton of information that we will be implementing immediately. We loved everything about this experience! The coaches spoke very clear to an understanding level for my 7 years old girl. After they were done I asked her to go over the tips they gave her so we could write them down and go over before practice and meets and she remembered all the tips. My swimmer was much faster IMMEDIATELY and his coach commented on his increased speed the next morning in practice.

Each time my son attends Fitter and Faster, he takes away concrete feedback that he can immediately apply to his technique. He improves significantly after each clinic. It is very helpful to have diverse eyes on your child as they swim (besides their team coach), because oftentimes the clinicians are able to notice mistakes that coaches either are blind to or they let go. The small group atmosphere makes it so clinicians can really watch your child carefully and give personalized feedback. My son also really enjoys hearing mindset and training advice from the top swimmers in the country, and they always share inspiring stories that he will often draw on months later to encourage himself. – Tualatin Hills, OR

Our clinician was fantastic. He was engaging, explained things very clearly, and made it clear how it would benefit their speed. My son said this was the funnest clinic he has attended. He has been to 3 in total. The clinic was very comprehensive. And he learned so much about starts and turns and underwaters. His instructors were fabulous and very attentive. They gave him positive feedback and personal constructive feedback. Thank you for all the great teachable stories and mental strategies (and confidence building) as well as the step by step technique drills and skills. They did a few exercises that really challenged their brains in the water. It wasn’t just normal swim practice and muscle memory. They had to really think about what they were doing while doing it, which was super fun! – Houston, TX
