This clinic covers a key area of elite level performance: reducing drag and increasing your feel for the water! Learn how to swim faster with LESS effort!
Slay the DRAGon: Reducing drag is imperative if you want to move through the water quickly and efficiently. Finding a streamlined body position will help you reduce the water resistance so that you go faster! Feel for the Water: Moving your arms through the water perfectly won't get you anywhere if you don't have a feel for the water. You have to be able to connect to the water to grab it and throw it behind you. Jessica Long relies entirely on her arms to move her forward at amazing speeds through the water.
