Swimmers ages 11 and under should reserve their spot for an educational Essentials swim clinic featuring two of Team USA's best swimmers. Connor Jaeger and Kara Lynn Joyce will teach participants how to swim faster and more efficiently.

WATCH THE CLINICIANS: Observe Joyce and Jaeger swim at full speed and demonstrate a progression of perfectly executed drills to achieve powerful, efficient and fast freestyle.
GET UP AND RACE: Race two of the best swimmers in the world and watch their near-flawless technique - achieved by practicing the same drills they will teach you.
