There is very limited space available for the ELITE SPEED & POWER CAMP (MID-ATLANTIC REGION). Only swimmers capable of swimming the 100 yard free between 43.29 to 54.99 for men and between 47.99 to 58.99 for women are eligible to attend. All participants will be in groups and lanes according to speed. This camp is beneficial for swimmers of all strokes and distances.
Feigen and Romano are going to focus on how to engage the entire body to get maximum velocity out of every start, breakout, turn, and finish. Strength and conditioning expert Lee Sommers will teach how to translate your strength from dryland and begin turning yourself into a vessel built for speed. Coaches can attend! This is a great opportunity for coaches to attend, learn and become more educated in a close environment with some of the best clinicians in the country.
