This was my son’s fourth camp and he continues to get best times after each clinic. The mental strategies and racing tips he picked up will give him the competitive edge at Silver champs this coming weekend. I love that all clinicians share the same message of what allowed them to excel in the sport of swimming. Consistency in practice, drills, racing and continuous improvements allowed each one to reach their goals! Great lesson not only in swimming but life. – Romeo in Stamford, CT

My daughter had an absolute blast and learned a great deal. The trainers were friendly and engaging with just the right amount of push. I would love to see some clinics happen on Long Island. I promise you they would sell out and most of us would be willing to pay a but more for the experience, especially a little closer to home. – Nicole in Stamford, CT

Awesome job. I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism, supportiveness and engagement with the swimmers. My only regret is that I wasn’t taking notes myself so that I could remind my son of all the great insight they gave, not only for the physical aspect of swimming, but also for the mental component. We thought both coaches we very knowledgeable about techniques! Ryan was very energetic and was able to give us a lot of information. Lizzy worked great with the kids! She was able to point out things on individuals which was very helpful.

We had both sessions for our 13yo and 9yo daughters. the instructors were professional, excellent and providing that feedback to swimmers and adjusted their movements as needed.
