My daughter mentioned her hand position of her streamline after last weekend’s camp at New Prague. She has been doing wrong for years. The hand on the lower position should be the one doing first stroke. Such small but important skills impact swimmers’ times. – Ying Zhang

Ollie got so much new info out of the clinic. He has taken this same clinic with another clinician a few months ago. He worried it would be the same thing, but he trusted me that someone new could teach something a little differently or he could have reinforcement and/or pick up something he didn’t catch the last time. Ollie was really happy he did this clinic again. Chris and Mokhtar were great in breaking up the lessons, making sure everyone in the group could hear, see, and get feedback or ask questions. They took time to give swimmers individual advice and tips based on their specific needs. It really was great having 2 clinicians at the clinic for the first time! -Stephanie in Salem, NH

“My son did a Fitter and Faster freestyle clinic a few years back in San Antonio. It was a positive experience and when we felt he needed help with breaststroke Fitter and Faster was the only place we looked. The clinic content was excellent, and Joao De Lucca was great with the kids! Both days my son was excited to tell me what he learned. From what I was told by him I am expecting big time drops this LC season. San Antonio to Chicago was a long way for us to go for a clinic but we made it a mini vacation, Chicago is a fun city.” – Chad in Palatine, IL
