I never seen a swim training like this that is thorough, detailed, and well planned out. The instructors or clinicians were professional, very clear with their instructions, and highly skilled in their craft. One other best thing for me as a parent are the stories the instructors shared when starting out in their swim careers and how they overcame hurdles as they progress. This is so relatable to the students in many ways and for sure has provided not only the proper swim techniques, but also confidence to the young swimmers. – Joon in Oakley, CA

This camp blew me away and the level of technical training was above and beyond what we expected. Joao broke down freestyle into the smallest parts, which allowed the kids to really understand what he was teaching them. My son has already been practicing what he learned. This was our first experience with Fitter and Faster and it was wonderful! Josh taught a new way of doing backstroke by breaking it down into the smallest components. For my son who has struggled with backstroke, it was like a lightbulb going on! He went from dreading back days to really looking forward to them. My son has been to three camps in the last year all focusing on different techniques and skill. He has learned many skills that have improved his swimming, training, and attitude towards the sport. Davis Edwards and Robyn Clevenger were awesome! Robyn did a great job managing the tempo each day and keeping my son engaged. Davis provided tips and technique adjustments that were noticeable immediately! Both coaches did an amazing job with recap of the techniques, drills and general practices after every session. We, as parents, were extremely grateful for being invited to these after practice Q&A sessions as we also learned a lot of new info. Being there and hearing the drills/training sequencing again helped us have a conversation with the children after each session. We had 2 swimmers in 4 sessions, ages 10 and 13. Both were extremely happy with the way of teaching, topics that were covered and both said they had learned a lot during the clinic. We appreciate the time and effort of the coaches to help our kids be better swimmers. – Idaho Falls, ID

Nils was just a phenomenal clinician. He was incredible with the kids, offering tons of positive reinforcement. If the swimmer needed correction, he approached it in such a constructive way that EVERY swimmer in the pool benefitted. He spoke to them about everything from nutrition to college majors! Nils is engaging, approachable, and knowledgeable. He provides swimmers with drills they can apply to their daily routines, ensuring an exponential return for each hour spent at his clinic. He was able to give individual feedback where possible and swiftly adjust to swimmers of all levels. My daughter (AAA time standards) came away with a clear sense of how she can improve.
