As usual, this was an AWESOME Fitter & Faster clinic. This was our 5th clinic this year, and it was outstanding. We were fortunate to have 3 clinicians working with the kids (Ryan Coetzee joined Nick and Tucker), and having the 3rd clinician made the clinic that much more special. Between the techniques all 3 of them taught, as well as the exemplary display of what it really means to be a champion in the sport, this clinic was inspiring for both my swimmer and me. My Daughter’s Overall confidence has soared

Last weekend, Skyla (13) went to her first swim meet since swim camp in Fairbanks. She placed 2nd in her 500yd freestyle heat, plus 1st in her heat for 100yd freestyle, 100yd breaststroke, and 50yd freestyle. This is the first time, that she has done so well at a swim meet! Overall, she placed 5/7/8/9th place for her age group. You made a significant impact on her physical and mental swimming abilities. You pushed her just enough. You paid attention to her and corrected her when needed. You were clear in your instructions and expectations. The drills you used were extremely helpful and (I can’t say this enough) significantly improved her strokes!! With this newfound success at the last swim meet, her overall confidence has soared! For the first time, she actually enjoyed competing in a race. Thank you for being a part of our lives for 4-days this summer and sharing your knowledge. – Karen in Fairbanks, AK

This was awesome for me, both as a coach AND a competitive swimmer! I learned a new backstroke drill progression, was validated in the technique guidance I currently espouse, and I even received some new dryland/activation exercises. Thank you for your patience with each child as well as with all the adults. It was so nice for the coaches to explain the reasons for each drill to the children AND to the adults. My daughter is 11 and participated in the 13 and over clinic. She was nervous at first, but then ended up leading the pack at the clinic. She has loved the sport since she was 6 years old. She had a meet the following day and dropped .7 off of her 50 free. She just missed breaking a 27 in the 50 free by .1. She also dropped a full second in the 100 and said the coaches tips for racing the 100 really helped. She went a 1:02 and wanted to do it again. Clark was amazing and related well to the kids in the 12 and under clinic. He was engaging and it was impressive to see him demonstrate for the kids.
