After completing this clinic, my daughter has more confidence in her Butterfly and plans on taking what she learned and implement it into her practices and meets. The drills Clark shared helped her to better understand her body placement not only in the stroke itself but at the transition point into the Backstroke in an IM. Engaging, comfortable, approachable and down to earth clinicians

As a parent you’re looking for your athlete to learn more than just the “sport”. You’re looking for them to learn how “life” and the day to day routine work and blend with the sport. My daughter is a competitive swimmer as well as a competitive softball player. What Josh and Iagao spoke about before the session and during the camp is “invaluable”. I was very impressed with the passion and love they have for the sport and to pass on their knowledge of what they’ve learned along the way during their careers. My son has been complaining that his shoulder hurts lately when he’s having to do fly and Clark pulled my son on the side several times and explained that what he was doing with his hands was something he had done when he was a kid and how to correct it. Clark did an absolutely fantastic job during this clinic. The kids were engaged, he got in the water to show them drills, and he was calm but serious throughout the entire 2 hours. I was blown away by how well he interacted with the kids and how he was able to communicate what they should be trying to do with each drill. He gave individual feedback throughout the clinic, and I think every child walked away with something to work on. – Jenny in Palatine, IL

Very impactful. One of the first things the coach discussed was about how these young swimmers shouldn’t get discouraged. My son REALLY needed to hear this. The coach put it in such a positive way that Sheppard (13) walked away feeling great about what he is accomplishing. My 12 year old did all of the sessions in Whitmore Lake, Mi. This was his second camp. This one was much more intense and exhausting for him which he loved. He is still in the learning phase of how hard he can push his body in the water like he does in track/cross country. He learned several new techniques with his free style and breast stroke. Great camp and excited to see him use his new skills at practice and his upcoming meets. Also thank you for approving my 9 year old to do sessions. One a day was perfect for her.
