I have watched and listened to some of both clinics that our daughter has attended and was impressed with the manner & techniques in which the kids are taught. This clinic totally transformed my daughters starts. She had a meet the day after the clinic and it was like night and day! Her starts were explosive and she dropped time on every event. Joao did a wonderful job breaking down all components of the streamline, turns (both flip and open), and block starts. My son took away many tips that he will now work on in practice.
