Saw a Noticeable Difference

My daughter is young, so I was worried how much she’d take in and retain after the clinic, but I saw a noticeable difference in her starts/push offs at her next team practice and she felt it too. She definitely learned a lot and will benefit from the skills and knowledge. – Ashley in Stafford, VA

The clinicians do an amazing job, using their knowledge and skill level to instruct and implement what the clinic offers. The Clinician did a wonderful job teaching them technique in and out of the water with reasoning “why” and was great with communication on what was done correctly and didn’t hesitate to fix what needed to be fixed. – Krista Brown in Fort Worth, TX
Fitter & Faster camps are taught by professionals that know the sport inside and out
April 8th, 2025
Fitter & Faster camps are taught by professionals who know the sport inside and out…if your child engages in the session and listens to the clinician, they will improve technique! The camps provide a swimmer/coach ratio and specific instruction that is hard to get during a typical swim practice. My child’s starts improved during the clinic and the clinician noticed and gave her the encouragement to keep on practicing and work on her reaction time. She quoted this back to me after practice yesterday where her own coach noticed her improvement! – Hope Fuss in McHenry, MD
This really helps improve all of the little things that make a big difference.

This breaststroke camp was amazing. Most of my coaches have not been breaststrokers. I loved learning from a swimmer that knows the stroke. She helped me make a few adjustments and taught drills that are going to help me adjust when things feel off. I think it will really help me drop time. – Lucy in Hartford, CT

Expert Coaching and Personalized Instruction Elevate the Clinic Experience
February 18th, 2025
The clinician was a particularly good technical instructor, creating a well-organized and well-scaffolded program on both days my son attended. Day one focused on underwaters, while day two covered open turns and flip turns. The clinician’s pacing and chunking of information allowed the swimmers to build up to the larger skill set or technique being taught. What most pleasantly surprised me was that the clinician provided individualized feedback for every single swimmer at some point in the clinic on both days—several times in some cases. Moreover, they only moved through the content to the next step after ensuring everyone was on board with the current step. Twice, the clinician adjusted transitions and had swimmers repeat a skill related to open turns before moving on because a few swimmers weren’t quite ready. – Michael in Rockville, MD
