My daughter loved how kind and enthusiastic the gentleman leading the event was! She has been swimming for 5 years and said she heard many tips that she’d never heard before! She appreciated that the lady trainer got in the pool with them to demonstrate the techniques and she did everything well. My daughter liked how the gentleman explained “Why” we should use certain techniques and how they improve your efficiency in the water. Both trainers made it fun and interesting!
