My daughter worked on flip turns for the first time in shallow water. I think this made a huge difference because she could see more clearly what Marko was instructing them to do.
She also worked on open turns first on the dry land and with the wall out of the pool and then implemented what they learned in the pool. This is also the first time she has learned a turn outside the pool and then used it in.
