Several of us were attending for the first time. We weren’t sure what exactly to expect – guessing that it would be quite a lot of swimming: laps and laps… especially for the kids who attended multiple sessions per day, but there was such a focus on technique – small improvements that add up to big improvements. There were several discussions outside of the pool – some being a little “feely” like about feeling the energy of the water and how to relax and use the physics of the water to your advantage. Several times in each session, Josh would get in the water and demonstrate small changes to his stroke, while the kids looked on and guessed what he changed – a really nice touch. – Scott in Concord, MA
