Swim with and learn from one of Fitter and Faster's ELITE Clinicians! Hear what they think about, practice the drills that they do every day, and gain a better understanding of proper technique.
WATCH THE CLINICIAN
Observe the elite clinician demonstrate a progression of perfectly executed drills to achieve powerful, efficient and fast technique. These drills will be great tools so that you can continuously improve your technique.
PUT YOUR SKILLS TO THE TEST
