A 2-time Olympian in the 200 butterfly, Adams has been a member of USA National teams since her high school days. Now in her post graduate career, her versatility in the water and passion for the sport have helped her achieve success in and out of the water.

SUGGESTED PARTICIPANTS: This clinic session is recommended for swimmers ages 11 and 12.
If you are 10 & under years old you are welcome to register for the 10 & UNDER CLINIC.
If you are 13 & over, you are welcome to register for the 13 & OVER CLINIC.

Accelerate into the wall: The more speed you approach the wall with, the more energy you'll create to leave the wall with speed! Learn the importance of building your speed into the wall!
Fast Rotation: Getting from fingertips to feet touching the wall is simply half of a backwards somersault! Learn how to create that rotation using your head, core and knee drive.
Powerful Pushoff: No need to spin on the wall in an effort to leave on your stomach. Watch and learn as our world class clinicians teach you to leave on your side, and rotate onto your stomach after your feet leave the wall - it's faster..we promise!
BUTTERFLY - Butterfly does NOT have to be the hardest stroke! Learn the body movements that will help you make it super easy and much faster! Learn from Olympian Cammile Adams to maximize the speed and power out of every stroke!
Proper Body Position: Maintain a horizontal body line, while generating forward progress, without diving up and down the pool creating unwanted drag.
Powerful and well timed kicks: Master the timing of two, equally strong, kicks per cycle. Two kicks will help you maintain rhythm and forward momentum.
Efficient Arm Pull: A high and early catch will allow you to put pressure on the water backwards which will propel you forward.
GET UP AND RACE: Race one of the best swimmers in the world and watch her technique - achieved by practicing the same drills she will teach you.
WATCH THE CLINICIAN: Observe Cammile swim at full speed and demonstrate a progression of perfectly executed drills to achieve powerful, efficient and fast technique.
ASK QUESTIONS: Swimmers and parents are invited to ask Cammile questions during a Q&A session. Gain insight into Cammile's training regimen, diet and nutrition, and recovery tactics.
