FOUR DAYS OF SWIM CAMPS – Sign up for individual sessions or ALL of them!
This swim camp series will offer participants 4 days of sessions focused on preparing for the short course and long course championship seasons. Each session has unique curriculum and is led by Fitter and Faster’s elite clinicians known not only for achieving success in the pool, but also for their teaching abilities.

January 20 & 21 Sessions
On the first two days of this camp in January, participants will work on the two fastest parts of every race: The START and TURNS! At this high performance swim camp, participants will work on starts and underwater dolphin kicking on Sunday. Then on Monday, swimmers will work on turns and finishes
Your clinician for this camp will be National Champion Austin Surhoff. Austin is known for his precision of technique and effective coaching.
April 13 & 14 Sessions
The next 2 days of this swim camp are all about training to race FAST in long course (even if you don’t train in a long course pool)! Participants at each session will focus on increasing distance per stroke and maximizing tempo to swim fast and efficiently throughout the long course season.
On Saturday participants will work on butterfly and breaststroke. Then on Sunday, participants will work on freestyle and backstroke.
