At this swim camp, there will be 4 sessions, two for each age group. Two of the sessions will focus on elite freestyle and backstroke technique. The other two sessions will focus on starts off the block, underwater dolphin kicking, and breakouts. Each session will be led by Olympic gold medalist and elite clinician Nick Thoman. He will be in the water leading the participants through techniques and drills to improve while also providing individual feedback.

Your lead clinician for this camp will be two-time Olympian Chloe Sutton and Head Coach who last led Auburn University to the Division 1 NCAA title, Brett Hawke - a two-time Olympian himself. The hardest training of the year takes place during the holiday season! Champions are made during these grueling practices, but is your swimmer getting everything they can out of these important workouts?
