The Role

Fitter & Faster is hiring a West Coast-based Regional Growth Manager to help expand and strengthen our swim camp presence in key markets across the Western United States and Canada. This role is responsible for driving growth by securing new camp partnerships, deepening relationships with teams and facilities, and helping increase swimmer participation at our events.

We prefer candidates already based on the West Coast, but we’re open to relocating someone who has strong pre-existing relationships and a proven history in the region. Depending on your background and our evolving needs, your focus may be on booking camps, filling camps, or a combination of both.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and engage swim teams, coaches, and facilities across the Western U.S. and Canada

  • Develop new camp opportunities through outreach, follow-up, and relationship-building

  • Help drive swimmer attendance through targeted outreach and local engagement strategies

  • Collaborate with logistics, marketing, and curriculum teams to ensure high-performing events

  • Maintain and manage your pipeline using our CRM to track outreach, activity, and performance

  • Represent Fitter & Faster at meetings, virtual conferences, and industry events

  • Provide market feedback and ideas that help shape our broader growth strategy

You’re a Great Fit If You…

  • Have 3–7 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or business development—especially in sports, events, or education

  • Are based in the Western U.S. or have strong, existing relationships with swim programs in that region

  • Build trust quickly, communicate clearly, and follow through with consistency

  • Thrive in a remote-first, high-autonomy work environment

  • Are organized, accountable, and excited by results-driven work

  • Are comfortable with evolving responsibilities depending on business priorities

Bonus Points If You…

  • Have experience working directly with swim teams, coaches, or LSCs

  • Have a background in competitive swimming or youth sports

  • Are comfortable using CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot

  • Have worked in a fast-paced environment where you owned your results
