Compensation Range: $65,000 – $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications

The Role

We’re looking for a Digital Growth Specialist to lead and scale our digital marketing efforts. Reporting directly to the founder, you’ll be responsible for growing participation in our nationwide swim camps through smart, efficient, and mission-aligned digital strategy.

This is a hands-on role for a full-stack digital marketer who thrives on experimentation, data, and measurable impact. You’ll oversee paid media, email marketing, landing page optimization, and full-funnel growth initiatives.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead strategy, creative, execution, and optimization for paid ads (Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Ads)

  • Build and run high-performing email campaigns and automated flows via Klaviyo

  • Improve conversion across landing pages, registration flows, and user journeys

  • Use analytics and performance data to refine creative, targeting, and messaging

  • Develop weekly reports to track key KPIs and campaign ROI

  • Propose and test new growth strategies and channels

  • Work closely with the founder to prioritize and execute high-leverage initiatives

You’re a Great Fit If You...

  • Have 3–5+ years of digital marketing experience (DTC, eCommerce, or events a plus)

  • Are proficient in WordPress and WooCommerce, with the ability to structure and update pages independently

  • Know how to design and mock up effective, conversion-friendly webpage layouts

  • Understand what makes landing pages and ads convert

  • Know how to run and scale paid campaigns end-to-end

  • Are independent, results-driven, and comfortable moving quickly

  • Think analytically and enjoy testing and iterating

  • Communicate clearly with designers, developers, and other collaborators

  • Are passionate about fitness, sports, or swimming

  • Have worked in a fast-moving startup or small team with big goals

  • Have experience managing product catalogs, coupons, or checkout flows in WooCommerce
