Zoe Schneider, a collegiate swimmer at the University of Missouri, brings an encouraging, relatable, and high-energy presence to the pool deck. As the 2024 Atlantic 10 Champion in the 500 Freestyle, Rookie of the Year, and 14th-place finisher in the 1650 at the 2025 SEC Championships, Zoe has proven herself across mid- and long-distance events at the highest levels of college swimming.
What makes Zoe truly unique is her journey—having started competitive swimming later than most, she brings an empathetic and motivational approach to coaching. She knows the frustrations and growing pains young swimmers face, and her goal is to help them push through with confidence and purpose. Zoe emphasizes hands-on instruction, clear demonstration, and building mental toughness through her go-to mantra: “You can do hard things.”
Her infectious enthusiasm and deep belief in discipline over motivation create an environment where swimmers feel supported, challenged, and excited to grow.
