My daughter, Kendall, absolutely LOVED Kristy Kowal. She loved how she was able to break down each step of a stroke in a simple, easy to learn approach. Kendall lucked out because she was in lane 3 all weekend and Kristy did most of her group instruction in lane 3. There were a few times where Kristy stopped Kendall, corrected her approach, and then let her keep swimming. It felt like a private lesson. Excellent event. Kendall was very happy, had a lot of fun, and loves Kristy. As soon as Kendall got home, she wrote down every phase of the movement so that she could remember and apply it.
