Our family has been involved with competitive swim teams for over 10 years, and our boys who attended this camp have been swimming for about 6 years. Our boys learned so much about starts and underwater work and turns in two days at the Fitter & Faster clinic. We have noticed an immediate improvement in these aspects of their swimming and this is directly attributable the Fitter & Faster clinic. Nick and Katarina were both very inspiring, and we noticed a change in our boys’ attitudes immediately after the camp. I think that seeing Olympians and hearing their story, combined with watching expert instruction in the pool, really connected with our boys. The Fitter & Faster clinic was an all-around success for our family, and made for an enjoyable and incredibly informative weekend.
