Patrick and Lizzi did an amazing job of connecting with the kids, providing individual feedback and tips to incorporate immediately as well as sharing stories and inspiration for the big picture of swimming. Willow left the clinic fired up and hopped online to research races and swimmers that were mentioned in the clinic. Just a huge thanks for being so approachable, relatable and encouraging. 2 1/2 hours is a long time in the pool, but Willow would have happily stayed longer. She has told everyone she has seen since the clinic all about getting to hold an Olympic medal and there is some trickle down coaching as she shares with her younger sister, ways to make her turns tighter and more powerful.
