11 & UNDER CURRICULUM:
Efficient Freestyle and "Slay the DRAGon"

Olympic gold medalist Tyler Clary is known for his efficient swimming technqiue. He has worked at refining his technique his whole life and now he wants to help others improve! He will be in the weater teaching drills and exercises at this session so that all participants can leave fitter, faster, and with more confidence!

FREESTYLE: Learn how to hold a straight and solid body line so that you can rocket through the water with less drag. Keep your head still and low in the water while driving your kick. Tyler will also teach participants how to get an early and powerful press backwards on the water with your pull. You swim freestyle more than any other stroke. Learn how to swim it effectively!

Slay the DRAGon: Reducing drag is imperative if you want to move through the water quickly and efficiently. Finding a streamlined body position will help you reduce the water resistance so that you go faster! At this clinic, gold medalist Tyler Clary will teach participants how to maximize their speed by becoming more hydrodynamic! Slay the DRAGon in your:

12 & OLDER CURRICULUM:
Starts, Underwater Dolphin Kicking, and Breakouts

Blast off the blocks, into underwater dolphin kick, and breakout ahead of the competition at this swim clinic designed to help competitive swimmers improve upon the key details that are essential to swimming fast and improving their times. Olympic gold medalist Tyler Clary will teach all participants the drills that they need to practice to master these skills.

STARTS: Get off the blocks faster and with more speed and power by learning the techniques of Olympic gold medalist Tyler Clary! Your swimmer will learn to set up on the blocks in a position that will allow them to explode forward. Make sure to be fuly engaged in the air as you throw your hands forward into a tight streamline. Your swimmer will learn drills and exercises that will help make them faster at this clinic!

UNDERWATER DOLPHIN KICKING: The fastest swimmers in the world dolphin kick off of their walls and breakout ahead of the competition. It's not as hard as you think. Tyler will help swimmers improve their technqiue as well as commit to a number of kicks off of every wall so that they can imporve their underwaters now as well as in the future.
BREAKOUTS: Learn how to cary momentum from the underwater dolphin kicks into the breakout by timing the first stroke and staying streamlined. Your swimmer will practice keeping their head down and it'll make a big difference in their breakout!

ASK QUESTIONS: Swimmers and parents are invited to ask Tyler Clary questions during a Q&A session. Gain insight into his training regimen, diet and nutrition, and recovery tactics. Get to know him and relate to his journey as inspiration for yourself.

WATCH THE CLINICIAN: Observe Tyler Clary swim at full speed and demonstrate a progression of perfectly executed drills to achieve powerful, efficient and fast swimming. Visual learners will greatly benefit from not only seeing drills and exercises done correctly, but also from seeing them live and in person!
