Groups: Groups will be separated based on your swimmer’s 50 yd freestyle time:
Group A: :29 and faster
Group B: :30 and slower
Session Times:
Level A: Sign in 11am. Clinic 11:15-1:45pm
Level B: Sign in 8:45am. Clinic 9-10:30am
