Below are procedures for all participants and their families to adhere by at Fitter and Faster Swim Camps:
- Participants must arrive and leave each swim camp session in their swimsuit under their clothing.
- Participants must wear a mask to the clinic and wear one on deck unless they are getting ready to get in the water.
- Bring your own, properly labeled water bottle (already filled).
- No use of locker rooms except to use the restroom
- Participants will not be allowed to change or shower in the locker rooms
- Only one (1) parent/spectator may accompany their child(ren) to “sign-in” for the clinic. We ask that all families remain 6 feet apart on the sign-in line as to maintain a safe distance from one another.
- Parents may not stay in the facility during the clinic to observe a swim camp unless specifically stated on the Fitter and Faster clinic page.
- If parents are allowed to watch a clinic session, they are expected to practice proper social distancing while in attendance.
- The number of participants at the clinic are less than clinics during normal times. Clinicians and participants will work with each other to maintain social distancing throughout the clinic.
- Should a Clinician feel that anyone is consistently not adhering to social distancing guidelines, they may be asked to sit out.
- Any participant experiencing any symptoms of a fever, recent cough, unusual fatigue, headache or has been exposed to someone who has any symptoms should remain home and seek medical treatment.
- If any participant has a fever or symptoms of illnesses, they may not attend the clinic until 14 days after the fever or other symptoms has ceased. In this case, a credit will be given to you to attend another FFT event at a later date.
- Participants must see a physician and be cleared for clinic participation after being diagnosed or suspected of having COVID-19
- For all of us to stay healthy and be able to keep swimming, we ask our participants and staff to please practice responsible social distancing when they are away from the pool. CDC: Prevent Getting Sick – how COVID Spreads
