Cashel Mack grew up swimming in Missouri and attended college at Drury College, where she is a member of the Drury College Sports Hall of Fame.  She started her coaching career while at Drury with the Springfield Aquatic Club under Head Coach, Brian Reynolds.  Upon graduating, Cashel took the Head Age Group Coaching job at Clearwater Aquatics where the team had numerous FL Swimming Age Group Championships under Head Coach, Jim Tynan.  In 1996, Cashel took a position at Florida State University as Assistant Coach under Head Coach, Donald Gibb.  In 2000, the Head Coaching position in Largo at WFLA opened up, and Cashel accepted the position, and returned to club coaching.  As Head Coach, Cashel coaches the senior level athletes, as well as the top age groupers in the program.  In her 20 years in Largo, WFLA has produced numerous athletes with National top 10 rankings, numerous USA Swimming Futures, Juniors, and Senior National qualifiers, as well as 4 Olympic trial qualifiers.
