EXPERIENCE

As a younger swimmer, Danielle was world ranked while swimming in the late 80-90’s.  At 14 years old, Strader-Bordi qualified for the 1988 US Olympic Swimming Trials and was a part of the 1989 USA Swimming Junior National Team! Danielle went on to compete as a standout sprinter  at the University of Texas with her best events of 50 free, 100 free, 100 fly & 200 fly.

After an 18-year hiatus from the sport Danielle Strader-Bordi has returned to the swimming world and she brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the Fitter & Faster Team.

She loves coaching the next generation and enjoys handing down the knowledge that she was given by legendary coaches throughout her successful career. She likes to coach her swimmers with the motto “hard work beats talent, when talent doesn’t work hard”.

Danielle currently works as an Elite Swim Coach at Strive Swim Science Center in Moorestown, NJ where she helps athletes with technique, race strategy, college recruiting and so much more!
