BREAKOUT WITH MORE POWER: Learn and understand how the first stroke off the start and every wall is crucial to establishing the rhythm and tempo of every lap in the race.
FINDING BALANCE IN THE WATER: Sutton will break down how to balance in the water by pressing the chest, lengthening the body, and utilizing core strength
FEEL FOR THE WATER: Learn and practice how to find the pressure points on the hands and forearms to set up for a high elbow catch, which enables a swimmer to hold more water
EARLY CATCH: Perform drills with Sutton that focus on catching the water early in the stroke allowing for maximum efficiency.
PERFECTLY TIMED FINISHES: Sutton will demonstrate the importance of timing the finish to get as much extension as possible and keeping the head down and touching the wall just under the surface of the water.

RECOVERY: Sutton will demonstrate how to lead with the elbow during the recovery – allowing for a powerful finish and relaxed, clean entry back into the water.
RECEIVE FEEDBACK: Sutton and Jaeger will watch participants swim and provide them with direct feedback.
WATCH THE CLINICIANS: Observe Sutton and Jaeger swim at full speed and demonstrate a progression of perfectly executed drills to achieve powerful, efficient and fast freestyle.
