Work on the foundations of fast swimming – including proper head and body positioning, hand entry into the water, streamlines, and breakouts
Focus closely on freestyle techniques both clinicians have used through their career to become champions – all of which translates to strong swimming in any stroke.
On land, spend quality time with the athletes doing core and stretching exercises Sutton and Brown use to increase flexibility and prevent injury
