This is a special Performance Clinic designed for competitive swimmers ages 12 and up. Younger swimmers who swim at a championship level are also invited. Limited to 60 participants, this clinic is the chance to learn from internationally renowned and experienced clinicians on all aspects of the sport – from drills, to dryland, and mental toughness that will help participants leverage their talent to reach their goals.
What you can expect at the Fitter and Faster Swim Tour Performance Clinic:
Freestyle and backstroke drills to help you achieve a body position that will allow you to maintain balance throughout your stroke
This clinic is technical in nature and is limited to only 60 participants
Personalized advanced drills stressing body rotation and shoulder and arm movement
Work on some of the little things you can do in a race that will really help improve your times including speedier turns, breakouts and underwater kicks off the wall
Development of core strength enables you to catch and pull the water, improving your distance per stroke. The Olympians will show you how!
Our Q & A will allow swimmers and parents to communicate one-on-one with athletes
