The fastest a swimmer is ever moving in a race is immediately after the start and after every turn. At this time is is imperative that swimmers minimize their drag to maintain this speed through a proper streamline and then to accelerate into their breakout with powerful underwater dolphin kicks.

In this LIVE broadcast, Olympic gold medalist Tyler Clary hosted Olympian Christopher Reid and Olympic Trials Qualifier Marina Spadoni (all streamline and underwater dolphin experts) give a presentation on maximizing speed and power in this key skill. Participants can expect to strengthen their streamline and underwater dolphin knowledge while also learning exercises they can do at home to improve!
