Your Olympian clinicians will primarily focus on teaching freestyle and breaststroke
Learn, practice and understand why and how certain basic skills will help you improve your stroke efficiency and enable you to swim faster.
Learn how to properly position your feet and knees in your underwater breaststroke kicks - enabling you to improve your body line and efficiency while swimming breasstroke.
Alyssa will show you how to create a better “catch” in your freestyle.
Understand how working on your stroke count and emulating stroke speed while on deck will help you create neuromuscle memory and help you get faster in the pool!
